Hibanobambusa 'Shiroshima' 
Is a bamboo with slender canes, and narrowly oblong, yellow-striped leaves to 25cm in length.
Bamboo Habit: Clump-forming
Size: Ultimate height 2.0-3.0 metres Ultimate spread: 1-2 metres.
Aspect: South-facing or West-facing, Sheltered
Cultivation: Grow in fertile, humus-rich moist but well-drained soil in full sun.
Soil: Moist but well-drained, Acid, Neutral or Alkaline Loam.

Pruning: Thin spent canes as required to improve appearance of plant.
