Nandina's are erect, evergreen shrubs with pinnate to 3-pinnate leaves composed of lance-shaped leaflets which colour well in autumn, and panicles of small, star-shaped white flowers, followed by bright red fruits.
Nandina domestica. RHS Award of Garden Merit. is a hardy evergreen upright elegant shrub. Leaves have narrowly lance-shaped, dark green leaflets, purplish-red when young and in autumn-winter. Large panicles of small, star shaped, white flowers in mid-summer are followed by spericale red fruits.
Flowers: White in Summer.
Foliage: Green and Yellow in Summer. Orange and Red in Autumn.
Fruits: Red in Autumn.
